FAQ

Q. Does the hair shed?

Very Minimal. Any hair that has  been manufactured to be stitched on a weft will of course had minimal shedding which is absolutely normal.  Over processing by applying heat all the time, not moisturizing and conditioning regularly will cause shedding as well.  After you shampoo your hair for like the second time or so they, shouldn't be any more shedding.  If it is dry then the hair will of course shed.

Q. Does the Hair Tangle?

No it doesn't tangle.  Hair will only tangle if it is dry. We recommend using argon oil, shampoo that is sulfate free an alcohol free as well as a deep conditioner.

Q. Can my hair be dyed.

Of course it can be dyed, bleach to any color, that you would like. I am recommending if you are going to get your hair bleach or even dye let a professional do it.

Q. How long will my hair last?

With proper care and maintenance your hair will last up to 2-3 years.

Q. Is there a location where I can purchase my hair? Can I stop by and pick it up.

No if you live overseas  all of my hair is strictly sold online so there is no pickup location for international orders.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the goods, refunds are not excepted, the only time a customer can get a refund, is if they got the incorrect hair.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we have mailed out the incorrect item then an exchange will be issue for the correct item. The item must be in it's original packaging. Refunds must be requested in 24 hous upon receipt of the item.  If the item is incorrect we pay the return shipping.

Q. How much hair do I need?

If you are going to be using hair 10, 14, 16 inches then you need 3 bundles, anything greater than 18 inches you will need 4 bundles.  We recommend 4 or 5 bundles for a full head of hair.

Q. What payment options do you offer?

I used strictly Paypal and credit card payments through paypal as well. Due to the high number of scams out there Paypal protects my business as well as your money.  I offer cash payments for my local customers as well and cave shepherd online payments.

Q.  Will I receive a tracking number?

Of course, all tracking numbers will be sent to you after processing is done.

Q. How long is processing? How long will I have to wait to receive my order?

Once you have placed an order in my store processing takes approximately 2-5 business  days, after that you will received your tracking number. UK, CANADA & USA customers receive their orders in 2-3 days after tracking number. All other countries 5-10 business days NOT INCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS. It can arrive sooner all depends on what state or country it is being shipped to.

Q. Must my shipping and payment info match in order to place an order?

Unfortunately, yes. Reason being there are so many scams and thieves on the internet daily who steal people info without them knowing. So to protect my business all orders MUST match the same SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed you cannot make any changes as I thrive to ship out all orders immediately.

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes.

Absolutely under no exceptions will I ship to PO BOXES.

Q. I don't have a PAYPAL Account, what now?

You can still  checkout using paypal you can use your credit card and checkout under guest feature, you don't have to have a paypal account order.

 Q.  Do you charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is collected at checkout for those countries that require it, this is out of my hands. However, there are certain countries that when you receive goods  they do charge you tax in your home country.  It is your responsibility to pay all taxes in your country.

Q. Can I swim in my hair extensions?

Yes you can swim in your hair extensions, but we recommend you place your hair in a pony tail first or bun to keep it from getting tangled.

Q. Can I flat iron or curl my hair extensions?

Yes you can.

Q. Can I use oil for my hair extensions?

Yes you can use oil but please use a dime size in your hair as we don't want the oil weighing down.  The only oil we recommend is argon oil.

Q.  What is the procedure when placing local pre-orders.

Shipping is every 2 weeks.  A deposit of 75% of the money owed must be paid in advance before any hair is ordered.  This will cover the cost of the hair plus and duties and vat owed.  The 75% down payment is non refundable.  So please make sure of your order requests.

Do you offer Layway plans?

Yes I do offer local layway plans and for international orders PAY IN 4 options are available at checkout once you qualify for that option.

Do you required as signature upon delivery?

Yes all packages MUST BE signed for no exceptions

Do you offer custom wig orders?

No I do not

Do you offer ready2ship wigs?

Yes I do offer readytoship wigs mainly uncustomize. From time to time will style a wig and have it for sales.
