Shipping & Returns

All orders are ship to physical addresses. There will be no shipment to P.O Boxes Period. Both addresses must match Shipments are sent out via FedEX, DHL  with tracking numbers.  Your tracking number will come to your email from paypal. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

I ONLY DELIVER TO USA, CANADA, CARIBBEAN AND  at this time

If you have changed your mind within 24 hours and have already paid via paypal.  There will be a fee of 7% of your total order that sent back to you. For example if you purchase a bundle deal and it cost $250.00 and within 24 hours change your mind $232.50 will be sent back to you and not the $250.00.

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours sometimes even sooner.

Delivery to USA & CANADA takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on where you reside.  International shipping 5-10 business days depending on your location.

There will be NO REFUNDS ON HAIR BEING SOLD. 

 Hair extensions cannot be resold once it is worn or handled and that is why we DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS ON HAIR THAT IS SOLD.

It is against federal law to to re-sell used hair so we cannot except hair that have left it's original state, that have been worn  or altered in anyway.  If you have worn the hair in any manner or have taken the hair out of its original packaging and state, there will also be NO REFUND. 

 

Any order return to us  due to the customer putting in the incorrect address WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

If you received an incorrect order, you have 24 hours in which to notify us and take a picture of the items that are incorrect.  If 24 hours have passed and you failed to notify us of this error and submit the photos  YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Remember some countries still charge a custom fees and this fee is one which YOU the customer must pay.  Also, expect delays when it is being held by customs at which time it is out of our hands and it is recommended you make contact with them if you notice that processing time is taking too long, as this is something we cannot help you with as we have NO CONTROL on what happens when your packages reach your country.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

We are not responsible for any package that has been lost or stolen. Please when ordering input the correct mailing address to avoid disappointment.  If your item has been lost or stolen their will be NO REFUND on lost or stolen hair.  Your item will not be replaced.
