THE ORDERING PROCESS.
All of our packages required a signature on delivery. There is no exceptions.
1). You first place your order using either paypal or credit card through the paypal interface. You do not need a paypal account to shop with us
2). You will receive a confirmation email from my store confirming your order.
3). The Processing time begins. Processing takes 1-3 business days for bundles, 1-4 business days for wig orders this excludes bank holidays & weekends. If there is a sale in the store, the extending processing days are 2-5 business days so please expect delays. but know that your order is on the way.
4). After the processing period you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.
5). Your order is shipped via DHL
Your hair is checked & re-checked to make sure that the hair is of quality standards.

- USA, CANADA & UK 1-3 DAYS
- International 2-7 DAYS
- This time does not include the processing time in which confirmation email was sent.
- Expect delays when they are bank holidays and sales promotion in store.
LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. ALL packages come with a Tracking Number, so track your order through DHL Websites.
Custom Fee may apply once it reaches your country. Some countries do apply tax on orders that come in from other countries.. This is a fee that you the buyer are responsible for. It is very important to look up this info and have a clear understanding on what are the custom fees where you live. Some countries prefer for you to pay the fees before you are able to receive your items. Sometimes also there maybe an additional hold for them to inspect your packages and that can take up to 1-5 days all depends on where you live.
